HC: What makes Site Ground such a strong company? How has it become this way?

HC: What key principles does Site Ground stand by concerning customer service?

HC: Are there any advantages or disadvantages of being based in Europe?
The web hosting business allows for a great freedom in terms of physical location. A lot of web hosting companies have servers located in one country, managerial staff in other and support team can even be located on other continent. Outsourcing the hosting support to India and Eastern Europe is widely spread. It is a great way to cut down costs and offer a cheaper, yet quality service to the end user.
HC: What types of businesses or individuals usually host with Site Ground? Why?
As we are a budget web hosting company most of our customers are price sensitive. We provide a perfect solution for personal websites, non-profit organizations, starting online businesses, small and medium enterprises. HC: What is your best selling hosting package and why?
Our product strategy is to offer one basic hosting plan, which is suitable for nearly 90% of our customers. Our basic plan includes 10GB monthly traffic and 1,000MB web space, 1,000 web e-mails, 100 subdomains, 5 MySQL databases, PHP, Perl, Cpanel and many more useful features. For customers with special needs we have provided an easy way for upgrading.
HC: What can we expect from Site Ground for the future, in terms of hosting packages, growth, or any new developments?
We constantly work on improving our service – since the beginning of the year we have doubled the size of the basic features of our hosting plan without increasing the price, we have introduced an upgrading option, we have launched a new design. The upcoming improvements that are planned for the next few months include the launch of an easy website builder, a new hosting plan with a SSH access, a new referral program, which is aimed to award our loyal customers and much more.
